Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add yogurt and oil, stirring gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  5. Add the lemon zest and juice, mixing gently.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt cake pan.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40–50 minutes, until golden and firm to the touch.
