Ingredients

  • Fettuccine pasta – 12 oz
  • Steak (sirloin or ribeye) – 1 lb
  • Butter – 1/2 cup
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • Gorgonzola cheese – 1 cup, crumbled
  • Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup, grated
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
