Ingredients
- Fettuccine pasta – 12 oz
- Steak (sirloin or ribeye) – 1 lb
- Butter – 1/2 cup
- Heavy cream – 1 cup
- Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- Gorgonzola cheese – 1 cup, crumbled
- Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup, grated
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Fresh parsley – for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear to your desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Gorgonzola cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Slice the steak and arrange it on top of the fettuccine. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
