Description

A delightful no bake cake featuring a creamy filling, rich chocolate layers, and a glossy ganache topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the creamy filling over the crust.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  7. Pour half of the melted chocolate over the creamy filling.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining filling and chocolate.
  9. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Before serving, prepare the ganache by melting chocolate with heavy cream and pour it over the top of the cake.

Notes

  • Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
  • Let the cake chill overnight for best results.
