Description

A quick and easy recipe for delicious no bake eclairs that can be prepared in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Layer graham crackers in a dish to form the base.
  3. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, pudding, and whipped cream.
  6. Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
